On July 26, the opening ceremony of 2022 Chinese Language Training Program for the Officers of the Directorate of Immigration Services was successfully held in the lecture hall at the Confucius Institute at the University of Nairobi new center. Deputy Director General of Directorate of Immigration and Citizens Services Dr. Dan Opon attended the ceremony on behalf of Director General Mr. Alexander Imbenzi Muteshi. Prof. Julius Ogeng'o, Academic Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nairobi, Officials from the Directorate of Immigration Services, University of Nairobi officials and teachers and students of CIUON also attended the ceremony.
