CIUON has been awarded the title of Confucius Institute of the Year 7 times, and was awarded the Pioneer Confucius Institute in 2014, and was named Global Model Confucius Institute in 2015. In the golden age of China-Kenya relations, the CIUON would definitely take advantage of this to enhance its own content, play a role as a platform for cultural exchanges, and take talent cultivation as its responsibility to write a new chapter in the Belt and Road era.
